CHAMAN: A terror plot was foiled as Frontier Constabulary (FC) recovered large numbers of shells and explosives after carrying a raid at a bomb manufacturing factory here on Saturday, ARY News reports.
Special Operation Wing In charge Lieutenant General Chaudhry Zafar Iqbal, in a media briefing said that 5 suicide jackets, 17 improvised explosive devices and 1650 land mines were recovered. He further said that bomb manufacturing equipments, including 17,500 mine sticks, were also recovered.
The ammunition was also presented in front of media.
On the occasion, Lieutent Colonel Nasir Janjua said that a terror plot was foiled by the raid.
