KARACHI: President Mamnoon Hussain has said that if peace talks with Taliban wouldn’t bring desirable results, the option for military operation will be the only choice, ARY News reported.
He said that we are hopeful that negotiations with Taliban will succeed.
While talking to media in Karachi on Sunday, Mamnoon Hussain said restoration of law and order and economic development are top priorities of the government.
“The Karachi operation may remain continues for about one year and there isn’t any plan of changing Governor of Sindh”, he added.
The President said that federal government is committed to bring peace back in Karachi.
Mamnoon Hussain said the situation of Balochistan is getting better day by day and peaceful LB election is one of the witnesses for that.
