Marvi Memon, speaking in a press conference on Gujranwala, said that the country was in a state of war and called for national unity.
“The press briefing of Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt. General Asim Bajwa regarding the Charsadda terrorist attack was actually the federal government’s briefing”, she said.
She said that the elected federal government is operating in the right direction.
Memon also said that BISP helped curbing poverty from the country.
“There were shortcomings in the BISP surveys conducted in the past but its system will be made more transparent and active with the help of the newly-elected local bodies representatives”, Memon added.
