FIA arrests three in Lahore for making fake passports

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raided a printing press involved in preparing fake passports and arrested three persons, ARY News reported.

The raid was conducted in a Gawalmandi area. The law enforcers said the printing press used to prepare fake passports to help human traffickers.

The FIA also arrested three persons – Mahmood Saeed, Muhammad Yaseen and Muhammad Kaleem. Several documents including diplomatic papers were also recovered during the raid.

Meanwhile, FIA team conducted a separate raid in Gujranwala and seized a large number of medicines which were brought under the US aid programme.

The team is tracking elements involved in selling such medicines in the market.
