KARACHI: The First Information Report (FIR) of the Delhi Colony blast has been filed by the Police in Frere Police Station of Karachi against unknown person, ARY News reports on Saturday.
The case was filed under Anti-terror Explosive Act.
Six persons were killed and 29 others were injured in the blast yesterday.
Law Enforcing Agencies carried out raids for the arrest of suspects involved in the incident at Delhi Colony and its neighboring areas in which more than 30 suspects were arrested .
An alleged member of an outlawed unit was killed in an encounter at Darya Abad area of Lyari. According to Police, the suspect opened fire at the LEAs during a raid but was killed in the retaliatory fire.
A body of an unidentified person was found from Kati Pahari area.
