PESHAWAR: Security forces conducted an operation on Sunday in Khyber PakhtunKhwa's (KPK) area, Darra Adam Khel killing at least five suspected militants, including a key commander, belonging to the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), ARY News reported.
According to sources, security forces launched an operation after being informed by the intelligence agencies with the presence of militants in Darra Adam Khels border area with Frontier Region of Peshawar.
Five suspected activists, including the Taliban commander, who identified as ‘Jangraiz’, were killed, sources revealed.
The sources further said that those militants, who were killed, were allegedly involved in different terrorism activities.
