KARACHI: A local court on Monday handed over five suspected members of a proscribed organization to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for physical remand till March 31 in Chaudhry Aslam murder case, ARY News reported.
The suspects include Zafar alias Sahien, Ubaid, Qari Javed who confessed of their crime being involved in killing of cop.
Moreover, the police declared five suspects as proclaimed offenders including Naeem Bukhari while Molvi Fazalullah and Shahidullah Shahid were wanted in the case.
On January 9, 2014 in a suicide attack, Chaudhry Aslam was killed while in another suicide attack, in 2011, at his residence, 20 people had lost their lives and 136 sustained injuries.
The main accused, Javed Anees, behind the attack in 2011, was also reportedly involved in Civil Line and Saudabad attacks.
