According to Police, the terrorists opened fire at the law enforcement agencies when they arrived at Chashma Achozai area for a raid.
Five armed men were gunned down in the exchange of fire, which lasted for 45 minutes.
Fifteen kilograms of explosives, bombs, seven hand grenades, three kalashnikovs and two pistols were recovered from the terrorist hideout.
The bodies of the slain terrorists were shifted to Civil Hospitals Quetta. The slain terrorists were said to be affiliated with an outlawed group.
