Five wounded in Karachi explosions

KARACHI: Five people were injured in two explosions across Karachi on Wednesday evening, ARY News reports.

According to Police, four people were wounded when explosive device, planted inside a vehicle, went off outside a cinema at Nazimabad No. 2 area. Evidences of ball bearings were also found. Nearby vehicles were also damaged in the process.

The wounded, being declared suspects, were taken into custody at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

On the other hand, one person was injured in a cracker attack outside a cinema house at M.A. Jinnah Road. He was shifted to a hospital for first aid treatment.
