FO condemns 'negative' reporting after Mir attack
ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office has condemned what it termed 'negative reporting' after the gunmen attack on journalist Hamid Mir, ARY News reported.
During its weekly briefing in Islamabad, the FO spokesperson Tasneem Aslam said the reporting by international media wherein it criticised Pakistani institutions was not surprising.
All such allegations and criticisms were baseless, said the FO spokesperson.
Aslam said state institutions of any country should not be targeted on different pretexts.
