KHANEWAL: At least four people were killed in a traffic accident near Khanewal, ARY News reported Sunday.
The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Haveli Koranga Police Station when a car collided with a speeding truck, claiming four lives on the spot.
Rescue sources said the mishap occurred as the car entered Khanewal, however those aboard the car could not be identified as yet.
The accused truck driver managed to flee from the scene.
Police reached the sit soon after the incident and began their investigation.
