KHUSHAB: At least four people died and many others sustained injuries when a passenger bus collided with a car in Khushab district.
According to rescue sources, the accident occurred near Jauharabad railway crossing when the passenger bus collided with the car. As a result, four people were killed and many others suffered injuries.
After the accident, rescue teams immediately arrived at the site of the accident and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby health facility.
A rescue official said two women were among those killed in the accident. The identities of the deceased couldn’t be made immediately available.
Road accidents are common in Pakistan due to poor condition of vehicles, rash driving, underage driving, bad condition of roads, dim or no street lights and violation of traffic rules.
