ISLAMABAD: Law enforcement and intelligence agencies on Saturday conducted intelligence-based operations in several cities of Punjab and arrested four suspects.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, the joint operation was conducted by Pakistan Rangers Punjab along with Counter-Terrorism Department Punjab Police and intelligence agencies.
Fourteen facilitators and smugglers were apprehended in the operation in Attock, Islamabad, Lahore and Dera Ghazi Khan.
Security agencies also recovered a large cache of illegal weapons and ammunition of different calibers recovered from Islamabad, Attock and D.G. Khan.
