QILA ABDULLAH: Funeral prayers of Major Jalaluddin Tareen were offered here on Thursday, who was martyred in North Waziristan Agency, while the search operation by security forces, in Maachis Camp, Kharwani village has also concluded – ARY News reports.
According to details, funeral prayers of Major Jalaluddin Tareen were held in Gulistan area of Qila Abdullah, Balochistan. Higher officials of the Pakistan Army, political figures, local elders and thousands of citizens attended the funeral prayers of the martyred official.
Major Jalaluddin was martyred in an attack by extremists in North Waziristan, yesterday. He was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard Kalli Saigi.
Meanwhile, the search operation by security forces in Maachis Camp, Kharwani village has concluded.
Sources told that two dead bodies were recovered during the operation, while several suspected hideouts of militants were also destroyed.
Moreover, the curfew imposed by the political administration of the North Waziristan Agency is still in effect for the second day.
