According to an ISPR release, they discussed regional security issues and matters of mutual interest including border management mechanism along Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
They also agreed to continue cooperation in the operation against the activities of terrorists without any discrimination against them.
This is the second meeting between them in less than a week. Gen. Nicholson had met Gen. Sharif along with a high-level delegation which had visited Pakistan.
