Additional Sessions Judge Wajid Ali heard the case here in Islamabad.
The judge rejected the exemption plea of the former president and adjourned the case till 5th January.
Musharraf’s counsel Akhtar Shah Advocate will give arguments to stop the proceedings against his client in the next hearing.
