“Neither I am severing ties with the party, nor can I even think of it,” Rasheed said holding a press conference at Karachi Press Club. “I will live and die with the MQM.”

He denied all such rumors about him, adding that following an assassination attempt on him such speculations were attributed to him and spread deliberately.

“There is nothing like that,” Godil said.

He also urged that any report concerning him should be confirmed by him and if a person claims anything about him then one should also look for the motive behind his claims.

Godil said his doctors have suggested him to go abroad for treatment, however he is never going to abandon MQM.
