In 1997 Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, met at Standford University and decided to come up with a system to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
Google Doodles came into existence in 1988 when its founders drew a stick figure behind the second ‘o’ of Google as a message to that they were out of office at the Burning Man festival.
Afterwards, the company decided to decorate the logo to mark special days, cultural moments, and so on and so forth.
