Government shows flexibility on PTI demands: sources

ISLAMABAD: The government has shown flexibility and has sent a message to Imran Khan that it was ready to accept the constitutional demands of Pakistan Tehreek i Insaf (PTI), ARY News reported on Saturday.

Citing sources, the news channel has reported that the government was agreed over the demand of reconstitution of the election commission and other demands for electoral reforms.

According to sources, a meeting is also expected between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan, who is leading the Azadi March of PTI.

Moreover, the government also using the influence of Governor of Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar who has met with the emir of Jamaat-i-Islami Sirajul Haq for mediation between the government and PTI.

Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has also taken Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in his confidence over his efforts for mediation.
