Sessions Judge had ordered the authorities to file case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and 11 others over the killing of three PAT workers at Constitutional Avenue of Islamabad.
Attorney General, in the petition, has stated that the verdict of Sessions Court is illegal. It was also stated that the judge exceeded his authority when announcing the verdict.
He has pleaded to the court to declare the verdict of the Sessions Court as null and void.
