KARACHI: Faisal Sabzwari, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader and leader of the opposition in Sindh Assembly, has said that MQM does not want Sindh to be divided but the provincial government's decisions are leading the province towards a partition, ARY News reports on Saturday.
He said that the quota system was enforced in Sindh after saying that rural areas are being dealt with injustice. He inquired whether urban areas not feeling a sense of deprivation?.
"It will not be correct to say that Altaf Hussain is flaring sentiments", Sabzwari stated. He added that the MQM chief has talked about lowering the intensity of such sentiments.
He urged Sindh government to take the statements of Altaf Hussain seriously.
