PESHAWAR: Taliban negotiator Professor Ibrahim has said that the government has demanded release of Professor Ajmal, Shahbaz Taseer and Haider Gillani, ARY News reported on Monday.
Prof. Ajmal, Shahbaz Taseer and Haider Gillani said to be in detention of Taliban.
Talking to media Prof. Ibrahim said that Taliban have given a list of over 600 prisoners, which they calim, have been in security agencies custody.
Maulana Yousuf Shah, the coordinator of Taliban negotiating team has earlier said that the committee will meet with government negotiators today or tomorrow.
He had also said that the infighting in Taliban factions has nothing to do with the dialogue.
