Gov't increases Balochistan representation in PAS
ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan has approved the appointment of military officials having Balochistan domicile in the Pakistan Administrative Service – ARY News reports.
According to details, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif approved the appointments, which will be made through Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
After this, 12 officials from Balochistan will be appointed in BPS-17 grade while 3 in BPS-18.
The decision is aimed at increasing the representation of Balochistan province in the PAS previously known as the District Management Group (DMG) of the civil services.
