ISLAMABAD: The first round of talks between the Government and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) announced committee will be held tomorrow here at 2 pm – ARY News reports.
According to details, Molana Samiul Haq, who is heading the Taliban committee, telephoned PM's Advisor on National Affairs and member of Government committee, Irfan Siddiqui earlier today and had an exchange of view with him pertaining to peace talks.
Irfan Siddiqui welcomed the committee announced by Taliban and both the leaders agreed upon calling a joint meet of both the committees at 2 pm on Tuesday.
Moreover, the Advisor to PM expressed his will to move forward with sincerity and hoped that the talks will be driven towards a logical end.
