ISLAMABAD: Snags hit the peace process with Taliban as the government talks team has raised questions about the committee proposed by Taliban after two members of it opted to remain out of the committee, ARY News reported on Tuesday. 

The government negotiating committee after raising questions about Taliban talks team, has decided to postpone the meeting. 

Government team's coordinator Irfan Siddiqui informed Taliban negotiator Maulana Samiul Haq about the decision to postpone the meeting saying after the two members of the Taliban committee decided to remain out of the process the situation has changed. He said all members of the committee should attend the meeting. 

The government team for proposed peace talks with the outlawed group Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on Tuesday concluded its meeting to discuss the situation emerged after the announcement of Imran Khan and Mufti Kifayatullah the two members of TTP committee who dissociate them from Taliban committee.
