KARACHI: Director General (DG) Rangers Major General Rizwan Akhtar has said that the federal government has taken important steps for improving the economy of Pakistan, ARY News reports.
Meeting the Chairman and members of Super Highway Association, DG Rangers Rizwan Akhtar said that the para-military force will fully cooperate with traders in promoting economic activities and the law enforcing agencies are active day and night for improving the law and order situation.
On the occasion, Chairman of Super Highway Association Javed Ali Ghauri said that the actions of Rangers and Police have improved the situation compared to the past. He added that a new hope has born that the economic activities will now be improved but strict monitoring is required in the industrial areas of the metropolis.
He urged that the contingents of law enforcing agencies should be increased in areas such as SITE and Super Highway.
