LAHORE: Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed said government’s responsibility for restoration of peace had increased, ARY News reported Sunday.
Talking to media at Lahore Airport, the minister said action was underway against those imposing their agenda on us.
He said terrorists want to impose their ideology, which is detrimental for the democracy.
Rasheed said collective efforts were needed to eradicate terrorism from the country. Journalists should play their role to cope up with the terrorism, he added.
