LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Andaleeb Abbas has said Hamza Shehbaz misbehaved with NAB officials when the latter arrived at his residence and he tore off their dresses, ARY News reported.

During a talk show at ARY News, Andleeb Abbas said Pakistan People’s Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz ruined national institutions with their corruption.

Mentioning the case of Shehbaz Sharif’s son, she said the money was continued to be transferred to the account of Salman Shehbaz. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had traced incontestable evidence against Hamza Shehbaz and his brother Salman Shehbaz, sons of former chief minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif, in money laundering and accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income.

The investigators obtained ample evidence during probe, showing huge transfer of money through telegraphic transfer (TT), or telex transfer that refers to an electronic means of transferring money.

She further said Asif Zardari used local cart owners to transfer money into bank accounts.

Abbas said there was a need to introduce reforms in the National Accountability Bureau.

The PTI leader insisted that none of the employee in the NAB was recruited by her party. “The two parties couldn’t do anything prosperous for the country in 10 years and asking us to streamline all affairs in seven months.”
