PESHAWAR: A hand grenade was recovered from the site of a terrorist attack in Matni area of Peshawar, ARY News reports.
One person was killed and four others were wounded when a suicide blast rocked Matni area of Peshawar on Thursday night at a guest house of Farmanullah, former leader of peace militia.
The case of the attack has been filed in Matni Police Station against unknown terrorists.
The investigation teams arrived at the spot and surveyed the blast site. A hand grenade was recovered which was defused.
According to police, the suicide bomber had brought the hand grenade with him. It did not go off during the explosion.
The age of the suicide bomber was between 22 to 26 years, investigators said.
