WhatsApp has many features that users never want them to be disbanded ever. But a particular addition for iPhones has driven its owners crazy.
In its latest update for Apple iOS devices, WhatsApp has added the ability to send messages even when you don’t have a connection.
However, with the update, even if there is no connection, you can always type the text and send it, which is queued up, and sent whenever you regain the connection.
This surely is an important feature, because it can be quite irksome during a conversation when you lose connection and you are just unable to even tap on the send icon.
The iOS update also includes a redesigned storage usage screen, that lets you manage your phone’s storage by clearing certain message types – like videos – from specific chats.
It will also allow you to send up to 30 photos or videos at once.
The latest WhatsApp version 2.17.1 is now available for download to all iPhone users (running iOS 7 or higher). The update size is just 91.2MB and it’s recommended to you to update under a strong Wi-Fi connection and good battery life.
This WhatsApp feature has been available for Android users for quite some time, and has finally arrived for iPhone users with this update.
WhatsApp was seen to be testing the increased media sharing limit in its Android beta app, and now it has first arrived for iPhone users.
