According to details, high-level transfers and postings took place within the Pakistan Army on Thursday, with Lieutenant General Zubair Mahmood Hayat appointed as the Chief of General Staff.
Lieutenant General Mazhar Jamil was designated as the Director General (DG) of the Strategic Plans Division (SPD) – a key position dealing with Pakistan’s strategic program and assets.
With the consent of the Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, Lieutenant General Ali Haider was named as the President of the National Defense University.
Lieutenant General Ashfaq Nadeem was appointed as the Corps Commander Multan, while Lieutenant General Javed Ramday was designated as Corps Commander Bahawalpur.
