Pakistan Army conducted military exercise Raad ul Barq ‘Strike of Thunder’ today in Khairpur Tamewali, district Bhawalpur.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Commander Strike Corps Lt Gen Ishfaq Nadeem witnessed the exercise.
Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Rashad Mahmoud, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman were also present on the occasion.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar also accompanied the Prime Minister.
The exercises were carried out jointly by Pakistan Army and Air Force.
