Honey Singh wants to take a break from Hindi film songs

MUMBAI: Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has decided to pause Bollywood career to concentrate on his non-film career, ARY News has learnt.

Honey Singh has composed songs for number of Bollywood films names Mere Dad Ki Maruti, Bajatey Raho, Chennai Express & Boss. 

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar seems quite impressed from the rapper apparently while Yo Yo Honey Singh excited about breaking new ground and working with names such as Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

According to foreign media, after doing ‘Lungi dance’ with Shah Rukh Khan, Honey Singh expressed wish to work with Amitabh Bachan.

“I felt I had achieved everything there is to achieve. But then I am getting to work with Amitabh Bachchan saab [sir] now. It’s really the ultimate Bollywood experience for me. It really can’t get any better for me”, he added.

He said that he needs to take a break from Bollywood after working with Big B.

“I need to now focus on other things before I carry on in Bollywood. I can’t be doing what I’ve done in Lungi dance and now the song Party with bhootnath with Bachchan saab over and over again. I’ve to reinvent myself for Bollywood,” he said.
