Things have certainly heated between Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut since the two have indulged in a public spat with each other. A source close to Kangana Ranaut said the two were very much in love with each other back in late 2013 when Roshan had phone her and also proposed to marry her.
According to the source, Hrithik Roshan wanted to marry Kangana after he got divorced from his wife Sussanne Khan.
“She was on top of the world as he also told her he wanted to marry her after the divorce,” she said. According to the source, Kangana and Hrithik Roshan’s relationship started off when they both worked together in the 2009 film Kites. At that time, Hrithik Roshan’s relationship with Spanish actress Barbara Mori was not doing well as was his marriage. Hrithik then pursued Kangana to star in the movie Krrish 3 to which she said yes. Afterwards, the rest was history.
However, things between them took a turn for the worse when Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif started shooting for Bang Bang. Rumours of an alleged affair between the two started doing the rounds and Hrithik was forced to call of his engagement with Ranaut, citing reasons that Kangana misunderstood him.
It wasn’t until the two met at a party thrown by Karan Johar where thigns ended up going from bad to worse.
“She wanted to end it. But Hrithik was not ready to let her go. He made things ugly. We never imagined that he would stoop so low to tarnish her reputation,” said her friend.
Will this feud die down or become more ugly in the upcoming days?
