KARACHI: In a clear reference to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) latest decision to end its boycott of the National Assembly, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said he must welcome the step since the premier has made many lose faith in the parliament.
Chairman PPP claimed he was always the first person when it comes to condemning u-turns in politics and therefore, he must also welcome anyone’s decision to return to the parliament.

On Wednesday, PTI moved a privilege and an adjournment motions in the National Assembly against the prime minister.
Both the motions maintained that Nawaz Sharif had lied while taking the parliament into confidence on the Panamagate issue and actually failed to provide evidence to prove money trail in the case.

After failing to win a decision from the Supreme Court of Pakistan against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the infamous Panamagate case, PTI on Tuesday decided to end its boycott of the lower house, saying it would seek an explanation from the PM for allegedly making false statements in the case on the floor of the National Assembly.
Earlier, PTI had ended another boycott of the parliament after party Chairman Imran Khan’s allegations that the 2013 polls had been rigged were considered fallacious by a commission headed by the then chief justice of the top court.
