Salman Khan is a senior Bollywood actor and has acted in various hit films ever since the early 90s. Salman has been in several romantic films alongside leading Bollywood ladies since two decades, yet he has never kissed any of his female co-stars.
“I am very uncomfortable. I’m not shy but I just don’t like it. I just don’t think there’s a need to kiss on screen. Jis din aisi need hogi,kar lunga. But abhi tak toh mujhe aisi koi zaroorat lagti nahin hai, to kiss on screen (Whenever there is a need, I may do it. But I haven’t felt the need yet),” said Salman.
Previously, Pakistani actor Fawad Khan and actress Mahira Khan also refused to shoot lovemaking scenes in their respective Bollywood flicks. Salman is also one of Bollywood’s most leading actors who refuse to participate in kissing scenes. Shooting for kissing scenes is nowadays quite normal in Bollywood, since several mainstream actors and actresses from the Indian film industry have no problems filming them.
Salman Khan will next be seen in an upcoming movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which will star Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Neil Nitin Mukesh. Salman Khan will be romancing Sonam Kapoor in the movie and it is already being touted as one of the biggest entertainers to scorch screens, when it releases.
