Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani, while speaking at a ceremony, said that that Peoples Party government showed patience during the long march of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N).
“I would have welcomed the Azadi March and Revolution March of PTI and PAT to Islamabad”, Gillani stated
He added that calling the military in Islamabad under Article 245 of the constitution is unjustified. He added that he would have advised the government to impose Article 245 in the capital if the situation had gotten out of control.
