He added that bilateral cricketing series between Pakistan and Indian can only be played if the two sides agree to do so.
It should be noted Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI) secretary Anurag Thakur had ruled out chances of Pak-India cricket series in December, giving an excuse of Dawood Ibrahim’s alleged presence in Karachi.
India was scheduled to have a series with Pakistan in UAE in December but Thakur has made it clear that no cricketing ties will resume until, according to India, cross border terrorism stops.

Pakistan said late Saturday it could not accept India’s “preconditions” for the talks which had been scheduled for Sunday in New Delhi, effectively cancelling them.
Last year India cancelled talks with Pakistan because of a meeting between Islamabad and Kashmiri separatist officials, a move that set back already tense relations between the nuclear-armed neighbours.
