ICC proposal: Decision to be made in Pakistan's interest, says Zaka
LAHORE: Zaka Ashraf, Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has said that decisions will be made while keeping in view the interests of Pakistan Cricket, ARY News reports on Saturday.
Speaking to media at Lahore Airport before leaving for Dubai, Zaka Ashraf said that PCB is in constant touch with Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He said that PCB is considering the three country proposal about ICC governance. Zaka Ashraf stated that the decision will be made while keeping Pakistan's interests in view.
Zaka Ashraf added that an off the record discussion is being held regarding the suspension of fast bowler Muhammad Aamir. He added that the issue will be discussed again.
"We want to take along everyone", Ashraf said. He claimed that he is only using his authority as Chairman PCB.
While answering a question, Chairman PCB said that a committee has been formed to appoint a new coach for the national team.
