DUBAI: The two day meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC) is under way here in Dubai to discuss the proposal suggested by the "Big Three" to monopolize the cricketing matters, ARY News reports on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), along with Cricket Australia and English Cricket Board (ECB), had suggested a formula to limit the affairs of ICC to themselves.
Vote of each country is crucial to get the proposal accepted. Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh want the draft to get postponed.
The controversial proposal needs a significant majority to get accepted by the council.
