DHAKA: Two matches of the ICC World T20 2014 will be contested at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur on Friday in which Australia and India will be seen in action today, ARY News reports from Dhaka.
The first match will be played defending champions West Indies and Australia at 02:30 P.M. Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
West Indies made a losing start to their campaign as they were beaten by India but managed to stay alive in the competition after beating hosts Bangladesh whereas Australia lost their first match to Pakistan on Sunday.
The second match of the day will be played between Bangladesh and India at 06:30 P.M. PST.
India is well on course on the way to the semi-finals as they have already beaten Pakistan and West Indies in their matches and are on top with four points. Bangladesh, on the other hand, is on the brink of elimination and have to beat India today to remain in the contention.
