IDPs’ problems will be solved, says Nawaz

BANNU: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the problems of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) will be solved, ARY News reports.

The Prime Minister was addressing the IDPs on his visit to the camps at Bannu. He also announced that the government will give a cheque of Rs. 40,000 to every displaced family as Ramadan package.

Nawaz Sharif said that there are no scarcity of resources for the IDPs. He added that leaving your home is not easy.

“The critical time will end soon”, Sharif said.

The Prime Minister also said that the damaged houses will be reconstructed.

He lauded the relief efforts of Pakistan Army and said that the military worked on emergency basis for polio immunization of the displaced children.

Governor and Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mehtab Abbasi and Pervez Khattak alongwith Corps Commander Peshawar Khalid Rabbani and Federal Minister Abdul Qadir Baloch accompanied the Prime Minister on the occasion.
