ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) issued a notice against Geo TV's program Pakistan Idol on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
The petition was filed by Advocate Tariq Hassan on behalf of Lal Masjid administration.
It was stated in the petition that Geo Kahani and Geo News Pakistan is distorting the culture of Pakistan whereas a vulgar program is being aired on Geo by the name of Pakistan Idol.
The petition against the programs and GEO channels has been accepted for hearing.
