After recovering from the head injury, that Karachi Kings skipper Imad Wasim received recently during a match against Lahore Qalandars, he has thanked his fans for their wishes and prayers.
Imad suffered an injury when he took a brilliant catch while back paddling but he could not maintain his balance at the end and his head struck the ground fiercely, he felt concussion and was taken off the field on a stretcher.
The 29-year old was kept under observation for 24 hours and has been declared stable after he was discharged on Tuesday.
In Imad’s absence, English batsman Eoin Morgan is leading Karachi Kings till he regains complete fitness and gets back in the playing XI.
Imad will not be able to play the next Karachi Kings match, on Friday, as well.
