ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition, Syed Khursheed Shah has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan should come to the Parliament for resolving issues, taking to streets as protest is not a justified act – ARY News reports.
Khurshed Shah said that if decisions were made outside, then the people will lose their confidence vested in the Parliament. He clarified that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) tends not to safeguard Nawaz-government; it is rather concerned about the democracy to prevail in the country.
Speaking about statements of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief, the Opposition Leader said that Dr Tahir ul Qadri's statements are based on suppositions.
He further alleged that the State Minister for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali wants to divert the attention of the people from load-shedding and for this purpose he is leveling power theft allegations on different provinces.
