Imran hesitant to present himself before ECP, says Rafique
LAHORE: In A fresh diatribe targeting the opposition, Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique says PTI Chairman Imran Khan is continuously running from his own accountability.
Addressing Eid Milan Party in Lahore on Sunday, he said that Imran Khan is hesitating to present himself before Election Commission of Pakistan and avoiding to provide detail about foreign funding. He said that Imran Khan should tell about his money trail instead of leveling baseless allegations against others.
Rafique claimed the entire world was acknowledging economic achievements of Pakistan as a result of prudent policies of incumbent government.
He said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a mega project of prosperity and development and whole nation of the country will be its beneficiaries. He said, today, all the facing crises in the country have also been overcome due to effective strategy of the government.
The Minister said that negative elements are having difficulties to digest the process of fast paced country’s development and trying to hamper the process of progress.
