Imran issued threats for participating in anti-polio drive, claims Mazari

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson, Dr Shireen Mazari has claimed that the PTI Chairman, Imran Khan is receiving threats from a banned outfit, Ansar ul Mujahideen over his participation in the anti-polio drive in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) – ARY News reports.

In her exclusive talk with ARY News on Thursday, Mazari told that Imran Khan is being issued threats for supporting the anti-polio campaign in the north-western province of Pakistan.

She added that an organization named as Ansar ul Mujahideen is threatening the PTI Chief of dire consequences.

The PTI spokesperson boldly stated that Imran is a fearless leader and vowed that the anti-polio drive shall be continued.

She further added that it is hoped that the Government will provide adequate security to Imran Khan.
