WATCH: PM quick walk to make up late entry in NA

ISLAMABAD: Already ‘late’ to the session of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Imran Khan was seen rushing inside the Lower House of the Parliament today to get to his seat.

The video of the ‘rare moment’ was also recorded and is going viral on the social media.

The PM enters the House when the house was in session and Finance Minister Asad Umar was making his speech on the finance bill. Mr. Khan rushed towards his seat avoiding interaction with any of the desk-thumping lawmakers who were welcoming the PM, as a tradition of the House.

He was also seen excusing for being late to the session.

PM Khan had also caught attention of cameramen and visitors when he borrowed a waistcoat of a photographer moments before his official NA card picture was to be taken on Aug 13.

A man escorting the prime-minister-in-waiting had asked the photographer standing nearby to give his waistcoat for the snap. And he lent it without a second thought.
