Imran Khan will make Pakistan a self-reliant state: Buzdar
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday said that only Prime Minister Imran Khan can make Pakistan a self-sufficient state and give the country its rightful place in the comity of nations, ARY News reported.
Talking to different delegations who met him in his office, the chief minister said that Pakistan’s present-day situation is because of past governments and the nation is facing the consequences of their wrong policies.
He lamented that national resources were mercilessly wasted during the last ten years and past governments devastated the national economy along with ruining the state institutions.
“Pakistan was put into the quagmire of heavy loans and a cruel game was played with the national economy during the previous ten years,” said the CM Punjab.
Usman Buzdar said that the government needs people’s support in overcoming callenges faced by the country as they can only be overcome with collective efforts.
“The nation fully trusts their prime minister because he is truthful and doesn’t decieve them by wrong statistics,” said the CM.
He maintained that this difficult situation is only a temporarily interlude as soon PTI government’s efforts will bear fruit and will change the destiny of people.
“The country will get rid of the present-day crises and we will soon come out of the difficult situation with the support of the people,” the chief minister concluded.
The CM also listened to the problems of the people and issued on spot instructions for their solution.
