Imran leaves container, moves into bullet-proof vehicle

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan was moved into a vehicle from a container he was previously boarding, in view of security threats, sources confided to ARY News.

The government issued the renewed security alert this noon. Security sources told that there were reports of presence of explosives-laden vehicle in the PTI caravan coming from Khyber Pakhtonkhwa.

While talking to ARY News, Khan said Dr. Tahirul Qadri told him to leave early from the Gujranwala. He said the entire nation saw the likes of Gullu Butt assaulting people.

“We are marching with children and women, how could we resort to any vandalism,” he asked.

He said rulers had been frightened after witnessing the street power of the PTI. He asked his supporters and activists to remain peaceful.
